            Whether your goal is losing fat or gaining muscle, you can use my calculator below as a guide to show what your calorie needs are. I recommend a 10-15% deficit or surplus as it is far easier to adhere to if you are busy, and much more likely to help you succeed.
            My 1-1 Clients will receive a detailed, bespoke calculation based on their needs.

            This is not an exact science as every individual is unique (in regards your specific genetic make up, hormonal profile, activity levels, BMI, height, age, health-markers etc). FAQs below the form...

            Also note that tracking food intake may not be for you, and I don't recommend that all clients simply undertake this task. I encourage and advise various options for understanding nutritional intake, and this is simply one such option.
            Tracking accurately can be an extremely powerful tool however, and can help quickly make adjustments and aid understanding of what you are eating and why your body composition might be where it is now.
