- Full body - Free Weights, Machines, and a little bit of Dynamic Cardio work
- Warmup, Demo & 45 Minutes of work!
- Private indoor Studio, fully fitted with state-of-the-art Equipment
- No outdoor ‘bootcamp’ nonsense, praying for good weather!🙏🏻

⏱️When are the Classes?
- Thursday Mornings at 7am
- Sunday Mornings at 7:30, 8:30am & 9:30am
- A great way to kick start your mid-week slump or Sunday
- A good incentive to skip those extra beers on a Saturday night and commit to your Health!😉
💷 How much does it Cost?
- First Session is FREE! Come and try it out at no cost!💥
- £10 per Session (for a joined Member paying £40 every 4 Weeks in advance by Standing Order) or...
- £15 per Session if you come Ad-Hoc (Subject to Availability)
- Discount if you choose to come twice a week! 👌🏻

- Dad's who want to Rebuild their Strength & Fitness! (Or Refine it and Improve it)
- Typical ages 30's - 50's (I'm 53 myself and Strength Train every week!)
- Dads who have a gym membership, but rarely go!👀
- Or, when you do go to the gym, you don't really know what you're doing, or leave feeling like you didn't really get much from it, or couldn't get on the equipment!
