💷 How much does it Cost?
- FREE Initial Consultation & Tour of the Gym, or Video Call (let's meet, find out what your goals are, and go from there)
- Individual 1-1 Sessions £40 per hour (Booked in blocks of 4 weeks)
- Discounts for multiple Sessions per Week👌🏻
- Small Group Sessions: 2-1 £30 each per Hour, 3-1 £25 each per Hour, 4-1 £20 each per Hour (Booked in blocks of 4 weeks)

Timetable of my Studio Availability
The Current Days and Times I have exclusive availability* at the BCPT Private Studio Gym in Aztec West for delivering my Personal Training Sessions.
*We may share the Gym occassionally with one other Coach & Client, however there is plenty of space and equipment to accommodate this with no problem.
^Evening 1-1 Sessions can be provided from 5-7pm Monday to Thursday, or 4-7pm Fridays on Special Request.
These Sessions will be conducted whilst the Gym Owner / Head Coach Trains a Small Group of 1 to 4 Clients. Again, there is enough space to train but there will be slight disruption and noise during our Sessions at these times.
