I've Teamed up with Biel at BCPT in his BRAND NEW Private Studio Gym in Aztec West, Bristol to deliver Strength & Fitness Circuit Sessions just for Dads in the area who are looking for somewhere to expend some energy, lift some weights, get stronger, improve fitness, commit to self-improvement, lose weight, have fun and do something a little bit different for your Health.

- Wednesday morning at 7am (get a workout in midweek before work!)
- Sunday Mornings - 7:30, 8:30am & 9:30am

💷 How much does it Cost?
- First Session is FREE! Come and try it out at no cost!💥
- £10 per Session (for a joined Member paying £40 every 4 Weeks in advance by Standing Order) or...
- £15 per Session if you come Ad-Hoc (Subject to Availability)
