As a Nutrition & Health Coach, I understand the importance of building Resilience & Maintaining Energy & Focus.
Student Years are an important developmental stage of life, and I like to take the guess-work out of maintaining optimal Health for Studying!
That's why I've developed workshops for 1st year University Students, living in Uni Accommodation or Private Halls in the UK.
Why I Care...
Having spent over 12 Years at UWE Bristol managing Student Accommodation Applicants, Residents, Buildings, Complaints & Behaviour, I have a unique insight into the challenges faced by new Students AND the Staff who support them.
Working with Professional Parents for over 4 Years, I know how important those early Habits & Behaviours can be for Adult Life.

Recipe Packs & Meals & Recipe Boxes
I offer Recipe Packs build with Undergraduate Students in mind, including Supermarket Shopping Lists and Basic Equipment Lists to start cooking and preparing Healthy Meals in Accommodation.
I'm working with some Major Brand Whole-Food Ingredient Recipe Box Providers and Healthy Ready-Meal Providers and can provide Discounts for Students and Accommodation Providers to start using these
Staff Awareness Talks, Workshops & Student Surveys
Workshops with Staff to BrainStorm Ideas, leanr about Nutrition and come up with ways to help Residents in their care.
I can conduct independant Student Surveys to help you understand what your Residents need and how you can improve your offer when it comes to them maintaining their physical health and focus in your Accommodation.
