            Hi, I'm Paul - I love good food and have learned how I can enjoy it without detriment to my long-term health. I was obese and had a very unhealthy relationship with food and drink, developed poor posture, was inactive and living a highly-stressed work-lifestyle.

            I desperately needed to make a change.

            Having lost over 6 Stones (39kg!) in my early 40's, I now have a good understanding of what it takes to make sustainable changes, to build positive mindset and habits to remain in a vibrant, healthy and energetic state as I age.
            I'm a 52 year old parent to an 10 year old daughter and myself and my partner both work full time in demanding roles.

            I thrive working with Dad's in Leadership positions...

            Helping them be the best Physical & Mental inspiration and leader for their Families & Work!

            Our bodies are amazing machines, predisposed and hardwired for survival. Having a basic understanding of how our energy-state works and what our body does with the fuel we feed it can be truly life-changing!

            I love helping others reach that light-bulb moment where everything suddenly clicks for them on the path to real wellness... 

            I've been Coaching professionals and business owners, and mentoring start-ups on personal and business performance for a number of years and have a wealth of people and life experience.

             

            I've turned my own terrible health around, maintaining my new physique for 12 years.

            I have studied extensively in the science of nutrition & practised in the art of coaching.

             

            As a Coach I offer help, guidance and a healthy challenge to my real-world clients.

            Lets face it, busy professionals and parents don't have the free-time to be able to turn ourselves into elite competitors or supermodels! Together we'll set realistic, achievable, easy-to-follow steps enabling you to achieve your goals in the most sustainable way. We'll do this based around the time, resources and limitations that you have to work with.

            I will work at the best hours to suit you and your diary!

             

            These photos of me are a few years of dedication apart, and I'm not going to lie to you and tell you it was easy to achieve! Having been through this journey myself, I have the personal experience, as well as that of working with over 60 clients to date, to help anyone take steps in the right direction.

            Lets drop the BS and get to the point. I treat my clients with empathy & care, however, we’ll cut through the crap and get to the crux of the matter. I tailor delivery & level of detail given to each individual client (some like loads of info, others want it plain and simple!).

Your experience will never be the same as mine, or anyone else’s, so we work together to figure out how to solve your unique barriers to success.

            What the heck is the point of everything, if we can’t enjoy the time! You need a sense of humour to survive in this modern world. We’ll make this as enjoyable as possible. No daft restrictions on enjoyable foods, no spoiling celebrations, holidays etc. & we’ll share some laughs along the way (otherwise we are not a good fit!)

The goal is not to ‘lose weight’, but to get to a place where any weight lost, stays off! You'll understand how we did it, why it worked and how to maintain your new body composition.

            This is achieved through listening and guiding on food, lifestyle, and habit change, ultimately leading to autonomy and future self-management. I’ll provide appropriate challenge, accountability, and experience when asked, in making positive changes that work for you and your situation.

            This is a combination of Clinical Expertise, Scientific Evidence and understanding Client Preferences

            Coming from a position of non-bias and objectivity, I look at all the data available whilst exploring my clients' circumstances to find the best possible approach. You know best what works for your body, and forcing a generic plan rarely works, and is not enjoyable or sustainable.

            I offer education to my clients throughout the process so that they are in control and can sustain their new habits when we finish working together.
